have to agree that we are almost at the very bottom of the market. What does that mean to you and me? It's time to move on the bargains out there. Our market up to 450000 has been robust in Chittenden County this year but above that has been a challenge. Lots of beautiful homes that have been priced way below pre-recession levels. Other counties in Vermont haven't been so lucky with the lower end market and bargains abound. No one can predict with certainty what is going to happen but a turn around is over due.
